Webinar Events Frequently Asked Questions

Our current Webex service type has a participant limit of 200 people per event. We’ve found that this 200 attendee limit also helps to ensure that the session is manageable for the host and presenters. During a webinar, we receive a flood of questions about both the content itself and any technical challenges that may occur. Q&A is a valuable part of the webinar experience. To be able to address most attendee questions during the presentation and ensure a pleasant experience for all, the 200 attendee limit has worked well.

To ensure all members have access to the information presented in the webinar, we record the event and make it available for download on our website within two business days of the live event.

We want to give as many of our nearly 2,000 member companies as possible the opportunity to attend the live event. We do record all of our webinars and make them available for download on our website within two business days. There is no limit on who can download the recording.

Since our webinars are recorded, the content lives on and in a format that can be accessed by members when and where they need it. Members continue to have access to the recording for as long as the information presented remains up-to-date and a relevant resource. The member Q&A portion of the presentation typically covers the most common questions members have about the information presented. If not, Members can also call the HR Hotline at any time with specific questions about the information covered in the webinar presentation.

Face-to-Face Events

Face to Face events include our CoffeeTalks. These events are on hold for now because of the ongoing COVID-19 crisis.
