- Total Rewards: Michal’s experience building compensation plans for line employees, executive teams, and boards of directors gives him a deep understanding of the interconnections of base pay, incentive pay and benefits, and their contribution to employee satisfaction.
- Talent Acquisition and Talent Management: Finding and nurturing the right talent is a core strength of Michal.
- Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion: Michal understands the importance of creating an inclusive environment that values diversity.
- Employee Relations: Michal excels in handling various employee-related aspects, including compensation, counseling, engagement, recognition, benefits, and administration.
- Employment Laws and Investigations: Staying well-versed in employment laws, Michal works to ensure compliance and fairness in all HR matters.
A New Leadership Role: Director of Consulting
Michal will be taking on a new leadership position as the Director of Consulting. In this role, Michal will lead multiple service lines, including HR Consulting, HR Advice, and Archbright University. His extensive experience and skills will be instrumental in scoping solutions with members and ensuring the continued strength and cohesion of these service lines.
As the Director of Consulting, Michal will lead the consulting team and collaborate closely with the Member Services team and other departments to ensure the best outcomes for our members and the broader Archbright community.
