Create Recurring Team Meeting in mozzo using Group Meetings
Learn how to create and manage group meetings: set meeting names, add participants by department or role, choose recurring or one-time options, and customize agendas with check-ins, scorecards, news, issues, and tasks.
1. Click on Group Meetings

2. Click on Create Group Meeting

3. Add the Meeting Name (Typically the name of the team)

4. Select the participants who will be a part of each recurring meeting
Note, if you have someone joining for just one meeting, share your screen or send that participant the PDF of the meeting.

5. You can add participants by department, person, or your direct reports.

6. Select if it is a recurring meeting. If you do not select recurring, it will be a one-time meeting.
Note: Recurring will have the option of the Team Meeting Agenda or Custom Agenda. See below for agenda contents.

7. Click on Create

8. The Meeting Agendas are as follows:

- News & Topics

- Notes
The Custom Agenda Meeting includes:
- Check-Ins
- News & Topics
- Issues
- Tasks
9. Add any News & Topics to your agenda that you will be discussing.
Note: This may be cascading messaging that you have to inform your team about or a topic that is specific to your team meeting.

10. Add any issues that have come up.
Note: All meeting participants will be able to add issues. This is a good way to track items that come up for discussion throughout the week. The meeting leader can reorganized the issues to move the priorities to the top of the list.

11. Click on Back to return to all of your Group Meetings.
Note: Changes are saved as you go.
