Creating a Shout Out
Learn how to create Shout Outs to recognize teammates' efforts, boost morale, and highlight collaboration and accountability within your team.
Why this matters: Shout Outs are quick, visible ways to recognize teammates who demonstrate company values in action. Submitting a Shout Out highlights collaboration, accountability, and impact, while boosting morale across the team. Use them to celebrate moments—big or small—where someone went above and beyond.
1. Click on Shout Outs
From your mozzo dashboard, open the Shout Outs section to start writing your recognition.

2. Type your recognition message
Write a clear, specific message that calls out the person by @name and describes their positive impact. Example: “I want to recognize @Brian_Nguyen for their hard work and consistency on the line today. They stayed focused, kept things running smoothly, and jumped in to help whenever needed. Their attention to detail and teamwork made a big difference in keeping production on track.”

3. Click on #DELIVER
Tag the value that best reflects the recognition. In this case, choose #DELIVER to highlight follow-through and results.

4. Click on Dashboard…
Return to your dashboard to review pending or past Shout Outs.

5. Click on Submit Shout Out
Finalize your entry so it posts to the feed and the teammate gets recognition in the system. Submitted Shout Outs are visible to managers and peers.

Tip: Keep Shout Outs specific and actionable—recognition feels more meaningful when it highlights exact behaviors or outcomes.
