How to Chat with an Advisor

Easily connect with HR and safety advisors in real-time through Advisor Chat for prompt solutions to your queries during business hours.

1. Navigate to Advisor Chat, found under Advise on the top level navigation.

2. Choose which advisor you want to chat with today: HR or Safety.

3. If there are no advisors available, you may choose to schedule a phone call or send an email. Click on the appropriate button and follow the prompts.

4. If an advisor is available, you can chat now. You can also choose to schedule a call or send an email to the advisor team.

5. If you opt to chat with an advisor, type your message in the chat box and click Send to start the conversation.

Please note: the advisor will delete the chat when you are finished.
