Manage Feature Admin Seats
Tips for Assigning Roles
- You should always have at least one Super Admin. Contact Archbright to update this seat.
- Feature Admins can be assigned to only the tools they need to manage.
- Employees can be added as needed using your organization’s available seat count.
- Only Super Admins can grant or remove access to Advisor Chat.
- Seat counts vary by membership tier—check your tier before finalizing your plan. Extra seats are available for purchase.
1. Click on Assign seat

2. Add the person's information

3. Add their last name

4. Add their email address

5. Optional: Add their employee ID

6. Add their job title

7. Add their department

8. Select their manager

9. Grant them access to the different features
- Advisor Chat Access: Allows access to the advisor chat feature, including starting new chat conversations with Archbright experts.
- Safety Data Sheets Access: Allows access to view, create, and edit safety data sheets.
- Claims Tracker Access: Allows for viewing claims.
- Align Access: Allows for viewing and managing general features in Align. Note, they will also be able to view all 1:1s, Wrap-Ups, and QPIs.
- Align QPI Access: Allows for viewing and managing QPI features in Align.
- Salary Survey Access: Allows access to view anonymous Salary Survey Data.
- Access Uploaded Pay Data: Allows viewing and uploading your organization's pay data into salary survey feature.
