My Settings
Manage your mozzo account settings, update profiles, adjust seat assignments, and access company information with ease. Learn how to navigate and utilize key features efficiently.
1. Navigate to Settings via My Account by clicking your Avatar in the top right corner of mozzo.
If you have not uploaded an image for your profile, your initials will appear as your Avatar.

2. My Account Tab
You can change your Two Factor Authentication information here. You can also upload a user avatar by clicking the Edit button below your initials.

3. Seat Management Tab
Seat Management allows you to edit existing seats and assign new seats in your organization. Click on the employee name to edit that existing seat.

4. When the edit window opens, click on the actions to Transfer the Seat or Erase it.

5. Edit Seat
Clicking on the Edit Seat button allows you to:

Transfer a user seat to a learner seat
-
Erase a Seat
-
Update seat holder information
-
Adjust access

6. Edit Seat - Feature Access
Adjust individual access to specific mozzo features using the toggles provided.

7. Send Password Reset Email
Super Admins and Feature Admins can resend Password Reset Emails from the Edit Seat window.

The My Company Tab has information for:

9. My Company Tab - Company Information
If you notice a discrepancy, you can update your information here.

10. Modifying your company information
After clicking submit information, an email will be sent to Archbright support team.
