Pulse Survey Deployment

Learn how to deploy a Pulse Survey in mozzo, including configuring survey dates, selecting deployment options, managing breakout groups, and launching participant communications. It also covers testing and deploying the survey, sending reminders, and adding participants after launch. Once responses are collected, administrators can monitor participation and download results in CSV, PDF, or PowerPoint format for analysis and reporting.

1. To deploy a survey click on Employee Surveys

2. Then click on Pulse Survey

3. Click on Start New Deployment

4. Click in the Open date field. This is the date the pulse survey will be open.

5. Click on the date that you want the survey to be open. Then click on OK to accept the date and time.

6. Click on the date and time that you want the pulse survey to close on and then click on the time.

7. Click on OK

8. There are two options for the survey, with breakout groups or without. Select which option you would like to use.

The option with no breakout group will allow you to have a link and QR code that you will send out via your own email system. The option with breakout groups will allow you to upload a list of emails with their group name identified, mozzo will then send out a unique link to all survey participants. Please note, all breakout groups must be at least 7 participants in order to preserve anonymity.

9. Click on Next to proceed.

10. For the breakout groups option, click on Download template to add the participants in the proper format.

11. Once you have all participants added, click in the grey box to upload your file (make sure the file is not open).

12. Once you have the file uploaded, click on import contacts.

13. The bottom section will show what groups do not have enough participants to be a part of the breakout groups (they all need a minimum of 7 people). Scroll up to the people and adjust their groups as needed.

14. Adjust the person's group, but clicking in the group column and selecting another option.

15. Once all groups are at least 7 people, they are good to deploy. Click on Next to proceed.

16. Adjust the email language for the Pulse Survey.

17. Send yourself a test email, by clicking on "Send test email to me"

18. If the test email looked good, click on Deploy. Then click on OK.

19. You are done. To view the reports and adjust the close date, click on the Pulse Survey.

20. Here you can see the invitees the survey was sent to. You can send reminders to anyone who has not completed the survey.

Note, the system will only send to those who have not completed the survey, but for confidentiality purposes, you do not see who it is sending to.

21. Adjust the reminder email message and then click send.

22. If you want to add anyone else to the survey, you can still do that through the Add people button.

23. Add the additional person's information you are sending to and then click OK.

24. Adjust the survey close date by selecting another date and time and then click OK.

25. Once you have responses, you can click on Download, to download the data via CSV, PDF, or PowerPoint.
