mozzo's Resource Library allows you to access trusted HR and safety resources, including compliance information for all 50 states and Washington D.C.—maintained by our experienced HR and safety experts. This knowledgebase contains hundreds of forms, sample policies and programs, training materials, and legal guidelines.
1. Navigate to the Resource Library
-
Go to the top navigation bar in mozzo and select Research → Resource Library.
-
This is your entry point to the entire database of HR and safety materials.

2. Use the Search Box
-
In the center of the screen, you’ll find a search box. Type in a keyword, phrase, or question (e.g., “leave of absence,” “OSHA training,” “service animals”).
-
The system uses natural language processing, so you can search in plain English.

3. Click the Yellow Arrow to Search
-
After entering your query, click the yellow arrow button to run the search.
-
This action initiates both the AI-powered summary and the retrieval of relevant state-specific documents.

4. Adjust State Filters (if needed)
-
By default, the Resource Library may show information for your primary state. If you need resources for other locations, open the state selection dropdown.
-
This is especially useful for multi-state employers who need to compare requirements across different jurisdictions.

5. Select or Deselect States
-
Check or uncheck states depending on where your employees are located.
-
This ensures the resources you view reflect the correct legal and compliance context.

6. Re-run the Search with the Updated States
-
Click the yellow arrow again to refresh the results with the newly selected states.
-
The AI summary and supporting documents will now display the correct jurisdiction-specific details.

7. Review the AI Summary

The AI summary appears at the top of your results, giving you a quick explanation of the relevant laws, policies, or guidance.
-
This summary is especially helpful for managers or HR staff who need a high-level answer before diving into the detailed documents.

8. View the Source Documents
-
Below the AI summary, you’ll see a list of the actual resources used to generate the response.
-
Clicking these allows you to validate details, access full policy templates, or download official forms.

9. Open a Specific Resource
-
Example: Service Animals in the Workplace.
-
Selecting a resource will display the full policy guidance, including both general and state-specific information.

10. Browse Resources in the Table
-
The search results are also presented in a table format for easy navigation.
-
This view is helpful if you prefer scanning through multiple documents instead of starting with the AI summary.

Once a document is open, you can switch states from a dropdown inside the resource itself.
-
This saves time if you want to compare policies without re-running the search.
