Reviewing Your Direct Report's Weekly Wrap-Up

Learn how to effectively review your team's Weekly Wrap-Ups to ensure priorities are tracked, feedback is shared, and goals are aligned.

1. Click on Dashboard

The dashboard is your central hub — it gives you access to employee updates and notifications.

2. Click on Notifications

Notifications alert you when a direct report’s Weekly Wrap-Up is ready for review.

3. Select the Wrap-Up

Open the specific report (for example, Jason Rivera’s) to see their weekly priorities and reflections.

4. Add a comment to one of the priorities

Use comments to provide quick feedback, clarify expectations, or recognize progress.

5. Submit your comment

Click Comment to post your feedback so your employee sees it right away.

6. Type your feedback

Keep it clear and actionable — for example: “This is awesome” to recognize progress.

7. Click on Post Comment

This makes your comment visible to the employee, reinforcing accountability and recognition.

8. Click on Mark as Reviewed

Marking as reviewed closes the loop, letting the employee know their update was read and considered.

Once marked as reviewed, the employee receives confirmation that their work has been acknowledged. This regular practice builds trust, keeps communication flowing, and ensures priorities remain aligned week to week.
