Two Factor Authentication Troubleshooting

Learn how to troubleshoot Two Factor Authentication issues on mozzo and regain access to your account by following these simple steps.

If you are not receiving the onetime passcode to your phone, use "Lost your authentication device?" to login.

1. Start by signing in to mozzo with your email and password.

2. Then, click on the "Lost your authentication device?" option below the Verify button.

This will send a verification code to the email address you used to login.

4. If you need to change the phone number associated with your account, navigate to Account Settings in the top right by clicking your Avatar.

If you have not uploaded an image for your mozzo Avatar, your initials will be displayed.
