Upload Your Pay Data

Easily upload and verify your 2025 salary data for our survey. Follow the steps to ensure accurate and complete submission. Access results directly after submission.

1. Download required input forms

You can upload your 2025 data two ways. Our preferred method is for you to download the 2025 CIF (Compensation Input Form), and follow the instructions provided. Or you can download a csv file of last year's data from the Salary Survey in mozzo. Once downloaded, you can make 2025 updates to the data, and then upload the csv file.

2. Once you are ready to upload your 2025 data, click "Submit Job Data."

3. Complete Company Information form

This year, we are asking for your organization's NAICS code. Please update for your organization by selecting the most accurate code from the drop down provided.

You can search by numeric code or keyword. Once you locate your organization's NAICS code in the drop down list, click on it to select it. Then, click Next.

5. Complete or verify the remaining information, including annual revenue, number of FTEs, and profit status.

7. Complete all required questions for our Pay Practice Survey.

This year, there are several questions regarding the pay practices of participating organizations included as part of the Salary Survey. The results of these questions will be published in mozzo when the data collection window closes.

9. To upload your 2025 wage information, click on the Upload button.

10. Fix incorrect data if found

The upload process may find incorrect data such invalid job codes and invalid job titles, or missing information such as zip code, wage, and FLSA status. These errors will appear like the example provided below, with a description of the error and directions on how to address the issue. You must make these corrections in your uploaded file, then upload again.

11. Confirm outlier data if found

The upload process may find wage information it considers 'outliers'. If this happens, you must either 1) confirm the provided wage is correct, 2) edit the wage to be correct, or 3) delete the record entirely.

Click on the trash bin icon to delete the outlier.

15. You can also "Confirm All" by choosing the Select All option located at the top of the table.

Tip: If you have many outliers that are all correct, you can quickly confirm all using this method. First select the top checkbox to select all records. Then click "Confirm."

Once you have processed any outliers, click the Submit button.

17. Click on Go to Salary Survey Results

Once your job data is submitted, you can access the salary survey and start searching for pay data.
