Your employees are both your most significant investment and your most important asset when it comes to elevating workplace performance! In fact, studies show that companies who have an engaged workforce have much better business results, including increased revenue, profits, productivity, retention, customer satisfaction, quality, and safety.
Employee Engagement leads to better business results— increased revenue, profits, productivity, retention, customer satisfaction, quality, and safety.
Archbright’s Employee Satisfaction and Engagement Survey (ESES) is a measurement tool designed to uncover underlying dissatisfaction and disengagement within an organization and set the stage for developing an action plan to resolve any issues found through the process.
The survey is derived from the work of a think tank of employer experts across the country and is based on the analysis of over 28,000 employee surveys. The result of this research and collaboration is a statistically valid and reliable measurement tool for assessing both satisfaction and engagement levels.
Archbright was highly responsive and effective in administering the survey, compiling the results, and assisting management in interpreting the results. The survey findings have been beneficial in not only establishing our people-based strategies and initiatives, but in gaining executive support for funding these initiatives.

The Employee Satisfaction Survey consists of approximately 70 “strongly agree/agree/disagree/strongly disagree” items and two written response items to measure the following:
Because employees can be satisfied, but not engaged, the Survey also reports on Employee Engagement levels.
Engaged employees are more likely to provide discretionary effort, and thus are more productive. Engaged employees are also more collaborative, react more positively to change, persist longer at difficult tasks, help others, and are more committed to the organization’s mission and vision.
While employees can be satisfied, they often are not engaged!
So it becomes very important to understand both satisfaction and engagement.
The Employee Engagement Index (using a proprietary algorithm) reports out the organization’s overall engagement levels of Fully Engaged, Partially Engaged, and Disengaged.
We will walk you through the survey findings to ensure you understand the numbers and story they tell about your organization and your employees. With these results you can then better plan for success!
