Archbright’s Wage & Compensation Survey is a comprehensive benchmark set of over 600 jobs covering the full spectrum of an organizational functions and industries. Our survey jobs are structured to reflect job families and career leveling with a unique job coding system that facilitates market pay analysis, strategy, and program development.
The Wage & Compensation is an annual survey with data collection starting in March and survey reports published in June. Our survey report includes an overall participant report and two segment cuts; one covering Non-Profit participants and one covering For-Profit participants.

Compensation elements covered include base salary, bonus, and commission eligibility and paid and total cash compensation. Data is also collected on salary budgets, turnover, and short term incentive plan practices including bonus and commission payments.
Participation is open to both Archbright members and organization outside of our membership. With close to 500 participants in 2017, our Wage & Compensation survey has become a critical and key source for a reliable and easily accessible market data on jobs in our region.
