Archbright is proud to offer one of the largest and most comprehensive pay surveys for the Pacific Northwest, including non-executive and executive wage, salaries, and bonus data on non-exempt and exempt positions from organizations throughout Washington, Oregon, and Idaho.

The 2026 Salary Survey Access Pass provides you unlimited access to the survey through mozzo's online Salary Survey Tool until December 31, 2026. 

But first you must participate!

Once you purchase your pass, simply upload your organization's pay data to then:

  • Pull data for specific jobs. Users can search by job title to see the full compensation report for that role, or similar roles.
  • Filter and view jobs based on job family, education, experience, survey level, and whether they are a people manager.
  • Tailor the information to meet specific needs. All positions can be viewed by base salary or total cash compensation. Filter the report by region, industry, revenue, company size, and type of organization. 
  • Explore similar jobs. View comparable jobs based on survey level, job level, and job family, and then compare salary data between two jobs. 
  • Download, save, and share reports. Create custom compensation reports to download, save, or share with other mozzo users.

Because we require participation to access the survey, our pay data remains refreshed and relevant all year long.
