Archbright’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Cohort Roundtable 12-Month program is designed for professionals committed to fostering inclusive environments within their organizations and network with other leaders who are passionate about Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.

This cohort-based learning experience brings together peers who are engaged in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at their respective organizations to participate in meaningful dialogue, share best practices, and develop actionable strategies for advancing these initiatives.

Our IDEAL consultants will facilitate these virtual meetings, supporting cohort members with Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion resources, advice, and lively discussions on key topics and strategies.

Designed for executive sponsors, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion leaders, or HR leaders.

Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Cohort Roundtable Objectives:

  • A forum and support system for continuing the hard work of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, especially given the recent restrictive conditions and regulations.
  • The ability for you to float ideas with others who are also doing Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion work.
  • Real-time problem solving for your initiatives that are stalled or facing challenges.
  • The opportunity to learn new Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion ideas, concepts, and tools – and how to best apply them in your organization.
  • Networking

Sessions will be held on the fourth Tuesday of each month from 9 AM -12 PM (Pacific Time). The December session will be held on the 9th of the month.
