Number of Seats Available: 30Archbright’s DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) Cohort Roundtable 12-Month program is designed for professionals committed to fostering inclusive environments within their organizations and network with other leaders who are passionate about DEI.
This cohort-based learning experience brings together peers who are engaged in DEI at their respective organizations to participate in meaningful dialogue, share best practices, and develop actionable strategies for advancing DEI initiatives.
Our IDEAL consultants will facilitate these virtual meetings, supporting cohort members with DEI resources, advice, and lively discussions on key DEI topics and strategies.
Designed for executive sponsors, DEI leaders, or HR leaders.
DEI Cohort Roundtable Objectives:
- A forum and support system for continuing the hard work of DEI, especially given the recent restrictive conditions and regulations.
- The ability for you to float ideas with others who are also doing DEI work.
- Real-time problem solving for your DEI initiatives that are stalled or facing challenges.
- The opportunity to learn new DEI ideas, concepts, and tools – and how to best apply them in your organization.
- Networking
Sessions will be held on the fourth Tuesday of each month from 9 AM -12 PM (Pacific Time). The December session will be held on the 9th of the month.

Can't make it to one of the sessions?
No worries—send someone else from your organization! Just inform us in advance, and we'll ensure they receive the meeting link.
Our live, instructor-led classes are designed for, and rely on, active participation to ensure a quality learning experience. Because of this, these sessions will not be paused and will not be recorded for future use or reference.
Technology Note for Attending Virtual Training
Before attending an Archbright virtual training class, please ensure that your internet connection provides a minimum of 5 Megabits per second (Mbps) in upload speed. To check your upload speed, visit www.speedtest.net and perform a speed test. If the reported upload speed is significantly less than 5 Mbps, you may experience connectivity issues during your virtual training session, and in such case, we recommend seeking an alternative option.
Cancelation Policy:
Archbright's cancelation policy has changed!
- If you wish to cancel OR reschedule your registration and you provide at least 2 business days' notice, a $100 change fee will now apply. All payments in excess of $100 will be refunded. If the registration fee is less than $100, there will be no refund issued.
- Cancelations requested with less than 2 business days' notice are non-refundable.
- An organization is permitted to send a different individual in place of someone else and not incur the $100 fee, however some exceptions apply.
