Have you ever assigned a task to someone, only to get a completely different result than you expected? While it’s easy to blame the other person’s poor listening skills, leaders can often take steps to make the delegation process more effective. This class outlines a five-step process that will dramatically improve your delegation outcomes. You will also learn to determine what, when, and to whom you should delegate. This includes granting others an appropriate level of authority based on their learning level.

Cancelation Policy: 

  • If you wish to cancel OR reschedule your registration and you provide at least 2 business days' notice, a $100 change fee will now apply. All payments in excess of $100 will be refunded. If the registration fee is less than $100, there will be no refund issued.
  • Cancelations requested with less than 2 business days' notice are non-refundable.
  • An organization is permitted to send a different individual in place of someone else and not incur the $100 fee, however some exceptions apply.
