Fear of damaging relationships or triggering defensiveness can make it tempting to avoid these difficult conversations. Feedback for Success gives supervisors and managers the tools to deliver effective feedback with confidence. Participants will learn a simple, fact-based approach for addressing performance issues while minimizing defensiveness. They will also explore how to recognize and reinforce positive performance to motivate employees.

- Reduce employee defensiveness by describing performance in fact-based language
- Acknowledge high performers using a three-step feedback model
- Improve substandard performance using a five-step feedback model
- Respond effectively when an employee withdraws, rebuts, or blames others after receiving feedback
Cancelation Policy:
- If you wish to cancel OR reschedule your registration and you provide at least 2 business days' notice, a $100 change fee will now apply. All payments in excess of $100 will be refunded. If the registration fee is less than $100, there will be no refund issued.
- Cancelations requested with less than 2 business days' notice are non-refundable.
- An organization is permitted to send a different individual in place of someone else and not incur the $100 fee, however some exceptions apply.

Our live, instructor-led classes are designed for, and rely on, active participation to ensure a quality learning experience. Because of this, these sessions will not be paused and will not be recorded for future use or reference.
