Unfortunately, many employers are unaware of when and why records should be created, what records must be retained, and how to properly store and dispose of them as needed. This course will help you efficiently maintain records while reducing legal risk.

- Summarize different legal requirements for the storage of employee information, including medical and immigration information
- Determine when to shred personnel records or other information related to employees
- Prepare a record retention policy
Cancelation Policy:
- If you wish to cancel OR reschedule your registration and you provide at least 2 business days' notice, a $100 change fee will now apply. All payments in excess of $100 will be refunded. If the registration fee is less than $100, there will be no refund issued.
- Cancelations requested with less than 2 business days' notice are non-refundable.
- An organization is permitted to send a different individual in place of someone else and not incur the $100 fee, however some exceptions apply.
