Understanding each person’s unique blend of the four styles—dominance, influence, steadiness, and conscientiousness—can help ensure effective communication and teamwork. Managing with DiSC is a personalized learning experience that has been proven to increase the effectiveness of anyone in a supervisory or management role. Participants deepen their understanding of themselves, their direct reports, and their own managers using the DiSC model. They also learn how their management style influences decision-making, time management, and problem-solving. Participants walk away with concrete strategies to help them adapt to the styles of their direct reports, enabling them to bring out the best in their people.

Cancelation Policy:
- If you wish to cancel OR reschedule your registration and you provide at least 2 business days' notice, a $100 change fee will now apply. All payments in excess of $100 will be refunded. If the registration fee is less than $100, there will be no refund issued.
- Cancelations requested with less than 2 business days' notice are non-refundable.
- An organization is permitted to send a different individual in place of someone else and not incur the $100 fee, however some exceptions apply.
