From September through December, this facilitated space offers a unique opportunity to engage with like-minded professionals in monthly 90-minute sessions focused on insight, guidance, and candid conversation.

Through facilitated discussions, participants will explore the realities of diversity, equity, and inclusion work in the current political and social climate. The roundtable offers support for both seasoned practitioners and emerging leaders who are committed to advancing equity within their organizations.
Sessions will feature thought-provoking questions, collaborative problem-solving, and room for meaningful exchange, enabling participants to return to their work with renewed energy and sharper focus.

Cancelation Policy:
- If you wish to cancel OR reschedule your registration and you provide at least 2 business days' notice, a $100 change fee will now apply. All payments in excess of $100 will be refunded. If the registration fee is less than $100, there will be no refund issued.
- Cancelations requested with less than 2 business days' notice are non-refundable.
- An organization is permitted to send a different individual in place of someone else and not incur the $100 fee, however some exceptions apply.

Our live, instructor-led classes are designed for, and rely on, active participation to ensure a quality learning experience. Because of this, these sessions will not be paused and will not be recorded for future use or reference.
