Conflict is natural and inevitable. What sets strong teams apart is how they handle it. Conflict to Collaboration helps participants transform everyday tension into opportunities for improved communication and better results. Instead of avoiding conflict—or getting stuck in it—participants will learn to face it confidently and clearly. Through practical tools and real-world examples, participants will explore the difference between a conflict mindset (win/lose) and a collaborative mindset (win/win). They will apply their learning to a real workplace scenario, building the skills to foster productive, respectful work environments.

After completing this course, participants will be able to:

  • After completing this course, participants will be able to:
  • Shift from conflict to collaboration by using language that lowers defensiveness
  • Choose between the five styles of conflict management for any given issue
  • Navigate tough conversations by adapting to others’ conflict styles and communication preferences
  • Apply a step-by-step framework for resolving real workplace conflict in a way that promotes trust, accountability, and shared solutions
