Number of Seats Available: 25Most organizations want the same things from project management: to finish tasks on time, stay on budget, improve quality, and avoid overloading their teams. But when overseeing multiple projects at once, it can be hard to keep everything moving smoothly. Project Management Fundamentals will provide participants with an adaptable toolkit for project planning and oversight. Participants will alternate between project management theory and application, working in groups on a sample class project. They are also welcome to bring outlines of their own current and future projects for insight.

Cancelation Policy:
- If you wish to cancel OR reschedule your registration and you provide at least 2 business days' notice, a $100 change fee will now apply. All payments in excess of $100 will be refunded. If the registration fee is less than $100, there will be no refund issued.
- Cancelations requested with less than 2 business days' notice are non-refundable.
- An organization is permitted to send a different individual in place of someone else and not incur the $100 fee, however some exceptions apply.
