Number of Seats Available: 12HR Business Partners (HRBPs) serve as strategic advisors, aligning HR practices with business goals. They are leaders and innovators, with skills in talent development, change management, and conflict resolution. This comprehensive program equips HR professionals with the knowledge needed to excel as an HRBP. Module 1 begins by reviewing the importance of HR metrics and business analytics, outlining the process of using data to build a business case. Module 2 explores the many facets of talent development, such as recruiting, onboarding, employee engagement, and performance management. Module 3 ties the course together, working through what it means to be an “internal HR consultant.” As part of the final module, participants will have the opportunity to present their own business case to the class.

Cancelation Policy:
- If you wish to cancel OR reschedule your registration and you provide at least 2 business days' notice, a $100 change fee will now apply. All payments in excess of $100 will be refunded. If the registration fee is less than $100, there will be no refund issued.
- Cancelations requested with less than 2 business days' notice are non-refundable.
- An organization is permitted to send a different individual in place of someone else and not incur the $100 fee, however some exceptions apply.
