- October 23 | Connecting the Dots of Employee Engagement Surveys
Employee engagement is more than a survey—it’s the foundation of culture and performance. Learn how to design effective Employee Engagement Surveys (EES) and, more importantly, how to turn results into meaningful action that builds trust and drives results.
- November 20 | Feedback in Modern HR
Done well, 360 feedback sparks growth and better coaching. This session explores when to use 360s, how to avoid common pitfalls, and how to create the safety and structure that make feedback meaningful.
- December 11 | Strengthening Communication for Alignment & Accountability
Strong communication keeps teams aligned and accountable. Explore simple meeting rhythms and practices, adapted from EOS, that help leaders clarify goals, connect strategy to action, and keep everyone rowing in the same direction.
Cancelation Policy:
- If you wish to cancel OR reschedule your registration and you provide at least 2 business days' notice, a $100 change fee will now apply. All payments in excess of $100 will be refunded. If the registration fee is less than $100, there will be no refund issued.
- Cancelations requested with less than 2 business days' notice are non-refundable.
- An organization is permitted to send a different individual in place of someone else and not incur the $100 fee, however some exceptions apply.

Our live, instructor-led classes are designed for, and rely on, active participation to ensure a quality learning experience. Because of this, these sessions will not be paused and will not be recorded for future use or reference.
