Virtual Class
Number of Seats Available: 24The Management Academy at Archbright is a cohort learning program for experienced managers ready to advance their skills. Participants engage in enriching discussions with colleagues from diverse industries and professional roles. This team-based format builds an invaluable toolkit for today’s workplace. This course consists of six modules that take place over six weeks. Participants attend class one half-day per week, which provides an opportunity to put learned skills into action before returning to discuss results with the cohort. This encourages a hands-on approach that facilitates deep learning. As one participant shares, “I found the tools and discussions in this course to be extremely valuable. - Manage emotions to stay flexible and positively direct their behavior
- Work effectively with others by understanding DiSC behavioral styles
- Create an action plan to develop a highly engaged team
- Build a business case and plan to present it
- Implement a change strategy
Cancelation Policy:
- If you wish to cancel OR reschedule your registration and you provide at least 2 business days' notice, a $100 change fee will now apply. All payments in excess of $100 will be refunded. If the registration fee is less than $100, there will be no refund issued.
- Cancelations requested with less than 2 business days' notice are non-refundable.
- An organization is permitted to send a different individual in place of someone else and not incur the $100 fee, however some exceptions apply.

Our live, instructor-led classes are designed for, and rely on, active participation to ensure a quality learning experience. Because of this, these sessions will not be paused and will not be recorded for future use or reference.
