Virtual Class
Number of Seats Available: 19Training events are a vital step towards improving the productivity, efficiency, and culture of an organization. To train effectively, however, the trainer must first possess a solid understanding of how to build and conduct a training that will not only deliver the necessary information to diverse audiences with various learning styles, but one that will also foster retention and application of the content.
In Training-the-Trainer, participants will learn and get hands-on practice with a standardized approach for designing, building, and executing effective trainings on any subject — from technical manufacturing to new hire onboarding. Regardless of any previous experience as a trainer, the principles covered in this class will help anyone produce and conduct a training event that is just as relevant and efficient as it is memorable and impactful.
After completing this course, participants will be able to:
- Plan a training event using a standardized approach
- Identify the vital information needed for each audience
- Increase learner retention of information and skills provided during the training
- Evaluate and monitor the effectiveness of the training
