Whether you're showing someone how to assemble a product, operate equipment, or complete a step-by-step process, your approach as a trainer can make or break learning outcomes.
In this class, participants will learn and practice using a standardized approach to building training on any subject—from technical manufacturing to new hire onboarding. Regardless of previous experience as a trainer, the concepts covered in this class will help anyone create and conduct training that is both memorable and effective.
After completing this course, participants will be able to:
- Plan a training event using a standardized approach
- Identify the vital information needed for each audience
- Increase learner retention of information and skills provided during the training
- Evaluate and monitor the effectiveness of the training
Cancelation Policy:
- If you wish to cancel OR reschedule your registration and you provide at least 2 business days' notice, a $100 change fee will now apply. All payments in excess of $100 will be refunded. If the registration fee is less than $100, there will be no refund issued.
- Cancelations requested with less than 2 business days' notice are non-refundable.
- An organization is permitted to send a different individual in place of someone else and not incur the $100 fee, however some exceptions apply.

Our live, instructor-led classes are designed for, and rely on, active participation to ensure a quality learning experience. Because of this, these sessions will not be paused and will not be recorded for future use or reference.
