Reviews that are rushed, unclear, or inconsistent can unintentionally damage trust, lower morale, and create legal risk for the organization. Writing and Delivering Performance Reviews helps supervisors and managers approach this important responsibility with confidence and care. Participants will learn how to prepare meaningful written evaluations, hold productive performance conversations, and navigate challenges in a way that supports both the employee and the organization.

Cancelation Policy:
- If you wish to cancel OR reschedule your registration and you provide at least 2 business days' notice, a $100 change fee will now apply. All payments in excess of $100 will be refunded. If the registration fee is less than $100, there will be no refund issued.
- Cancelations requested with less than 2 business days' notice are non-refundable.
- An organization is permitted to send a different individual in place of someone else and not incur the $100 fee, however some exceptions apply.
