• I am a member, do I need to pay to access?

  Not during the participation window, which was January 6th through March 3rd this year. This is the time period where Archbright members participate to gain free access for the membership year. If you are a member and opt to not upload pay data during the participation windows, you will need to purchase an Access Pass. You will then be required to participate to gain access to the Salary Survey until December 31, 2026.

• How does an organization participate?

  During the 2026 participation window (January 6 through March 3), Members can login to mozzo and download the provided Compensation Input Form to participate for FREE. After March 3, Members must purchase a 2026 Salary Survey Access Pass.

• Is the Salary Survey Tool a Digital Good?

  Yes, the Salary Survey Tool is a digital good.

  mozzo subscriptions and the Salary Survey are subject to the mozzo Terms of Use and End User License Agreement. The complete Terms of Use and End User License Agreement are also available in mozzo. Due to the intangible nature of the subscription, all purchased mozzo subscriptions and the Salary Survey Tool are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled. Please review product descriptions carefully before purchase. It is your responsibility to ensure your device, operating system, software, and internet connection meet the requirements for accessing and using a mozzo subscription.

You may not transfer, resell, or otherwise distribute the content except as permitted by the license.
