Each membership tier receives a limited number of Admin, SDS, and User Seats in mozzo. Additional seats are available for purchase separately.
Hotline support does not include the review or editing of documents for delivery. This is available as a separate service.
Survey benefit includes free access to survey data in mozzo’s Salary Survey Tool with participation during the participation window.
Organizations who join at Silver level in October, November, or December receive a prorated amount of 5 hours of employment law advice through the end of the year.
Discount on For-Fee Services does not apply to Retro Programs, ReClaim, or Retirement Services.
Handbook Review benefit applies to handbooks with 100 pages or less. Larger handbooks may be reviewed for an additional fee.
Employment law advice does not include labor negotiations, labor arbitrations, labor hearing representation, litigation representation, or investigations. Labor services and investigations are available at an hourly rate.
Labor arbitrations, labor hearing representation, and labor negotiations are included in the 40 hour labor service allotment for Platinum members.
Organizations who join at Platinum level in October, November, or December receive a prorated amount of 10 hours of labor services through the end of the year.
