Course Description

Getting the job done doesn’t just depend on technical skills. It depends on how well we work with the people around us. Understanding different work styles can reduce conflict and increase productivity. 

Before class, participants complete an easy online assessment: the Everything DiSC Workplace profile. Using the results, they will identify their work style and see how it fits with their team. They will leave class with practical strategies for working with others who think and communicate differently than they do.

After completing this course, participants will be able to:

  • Identify their DiSC styles and the priorities that drive them
  • Analyze how each DiSC style contributes to the team or organization
  • Compare different DiSC styles, exploring the benefits, challenges, and strategies for working with each
