We care about online security as much as you do, so we’ve taken steps to ensure your pay, benefit, and personal information is safe and secure.

Using Online Surveys

We strictly follow all Safe Harbor guidelines in collecting and publishing survey data. All survey data collected is confidential and is used exclusively to generate collective market pay and benefit data.

Participating organizations who choose to remain anonymous on the Benefits Plus Survey published report, can select “Do not list my organization as a participant in this survey” on the Company Info page.

All online survey data is reported in aggregate form. Unique survey identifiers are kept confidential and are only used by authorized research staff to contact survey participants, if necessary.

To streamline survey participation, and/or to use data for future reports or trend analysis, we may transfer pay or benefit data between associate surveys, if applicable. In order to protect participants’ privacy survey, data in the mozzo platform is displayed in aggregate form and will exclude company names and/or contact information.

Why We Collect Personal Information

Our surveys collect personal information as a means for us to contact you. This requires that you provide contact information such as your name, email address, mailing address, and telephone number. After reviewing your inputted survey data, we may contact you if we have questions, or to verify that the information is accurate. The information collected is never shared with other organizations for any purpose.

How We Keep Information Secure

Our research department uses industry-standard encryption technologies when transferring and receiving member and non-member data exchanged with our survey database sites. We have appropriate security measures in place at our physical facility to protect against the loss, misuse, or alteration of information that we have collected from you on our sites as well.

When providing confidential pay, benefit, or personal employee data to individual users, our research team will transfer such documents through an encrypted website (e.g., Webshare).

Cookies

Our Site may use “cookies” to enhance User experience. User’s web browser places cookies on their hard drive for record-keeping purposes and sometimes to track information about them. User may choose to set their web browser to refuse cookies, or to alert you when cookies are being sent. If they do so, note that some parts of the Site may not function properly.

We use both session ID cookies and persistent cookies. A session cookie expires when your browser is closed, and a persistent cookie may stay on your hard drive for an extended period. Session cookies make it easier for you to navigate our site; persistent cookies can perform such activities as storing your password for forums or blogs so you do not have to sign in every time you visit those areas, and/or may be used to enable us to track and target the interests of our users so as to enhance the overall experience of using our site.

Our Site may contain links to other sites that are not controlled in any way by us. Please be aware of this when you click on any such links; we are not responsible for the privacy practices and/or policies of any website other than our own. Consequently, we strongly suggest that you review the privacy policy of every website you visit, whether or not they are linked to by our own site.
