This comprehensive review of human resource operations covers a majority of essential HR functions including recruitment and selection, policies/procedures and practices, discipline, compensation, recordkeeping, and reporting.

After a complete analysis of our findings, we will deliver a comprehensive report with specific recommendations, so that you have a clear understanding of what you need to do to make your HR role function at its best.
