• What is mozzo?

  mozzo is Archbright’s all-in-one HR, Safety, and Performance platform designed for small and midsized organizations. It combines expert guidance with practical tools to help HR professionals and business leaders stay compliant, keep workplaces safe, develop talent, and strengthen culture. Whether you have a dedicated HR team or not, mozzo extends your capacity and impact—delivering the advantages of a larger organization without added cost or complexity.

   

• What makes mozzo different?

  Unlike stand-alone tools, mozzo unifies compliance, safety, talent development, and performance management in one easy-to-use platform. It’s designed to extend the reach of HR professionals and support business leaders—delivering the advantages of larger organizations in a way that’s scaled to the needs and budget of small and midsized businesses.

• How does mozzo support compliance?

  mozzo includes expert-created resources, 50-state compliance summaries on HR and Workplace Safety topics, federal standards, customizable templates, and Advisor Chat for HR-related questions across all 50 states and Washington D.C. 

• What training is included?

  The Video Training Library features on-demand Workplace Harassment Awareness courses for all 50 states, along with 130 leadership-focused, HR, and workplace safety trainings, plus progress tracking. Our embedded learning management system lets admin users make and track learning assignments efficiently. 

• What is Align?

  Align is mozzo’s performance management feature that connects goals, feedback, employee appreciation, and daily work. Through structured 1:1s, shared goals, and Quarterly Performance Insights, it helps teams build clarity, accountability, and growth—turning performance management into an everyday habit that drives results. 

• How do employee seats work?

  Employee seats allow you to assign training and performance management access to individuals, teams, or across your whole organization. Different membership levels include varying seat counts, and you can purchase more as your organization grows. 

• Who manages mozzo inside my organization?

  Each organization designates a Super Admin who sets permissions, manages employee seats, and controls access to features. Feature Admins can use and administer features with their permissions granted by the Super Admin. 

• What support is available to mozzo users?

  mozzo is backed by a dedicated support team to ensure a smooth and valuable experience for every user. Our Member Services Coordinators can help you activate your account and answer general questions, while Account Manager team provides 1:1 platform tours, support for specific feature questions, and assistance with subscription needs. You’ll also have access to our 24/7 in-platform Help Center with step-by-step guides, feature overviews, and troubleshooting tips. 

  If your question requires specialized input, we’ll connect you with the right expert. Our Product Manager handles technical issues and feature suggestions, and our internal HR and compliance Subject-Matter Experts (SMEs) are available when deeper guidance is needed.
