Align is mozzo’s performance management feature that connects goals, feedback, employee appreciation, and daily work. Through structured 1:1s, shared goals, and Quarterly Performance Insights, it helps teams build clarity, accountability, and growth—turning performance management into an everyday habit that drives results.

How do employee seats work?
Employee seats allow you to assign training and performance management access to individuals, teams, or across your whole organization. Different membership levels include varying seat counts, and you can purchase more as your organization grows.

Who manages mozzo inside my organization?
Each organization designates a Super Admin who sets permissions, manages employee seats, and controls access to features. Feature Admins can use and administer features with their permissions granted by the Super Admin.

What support is available to mozzo users?
mozzo is backed by a dedicated support team to ensure a smooth and valuable experience for every user. Our Member Services Coordinators can help you activate your account and answer general questions, while Account Manager team provides 1:1 platform tours, support for specific feature questions, and assistance with subscription needs. You’ll also have access to our 24/7 in-platform Help Center with step-by-step guides, feature overviews, and troubleshooting tips.
