Course Description

In today’s fast-paced workplace, change isn’t just inevitable; it’s constant. This class gives managers and supervisors the tools to lead confidently through uncertainty. Whether it’s a shift in operations, technology, or personnel, leaders will learn to foster trust, reduce resistance, and inspire a shared commitment to moving forward.

Participants will explore the four stages of change, looking at both big-picture strategy and its impact on people.
