Course Description

It’s often said that an organization’s most valuable resource is its people, so developing them is key to long-term success. Receiving coaching increases employees’ self-awareness and capacity to solve problems. This, in turn, leads to greater accountability and independence. 

In Coaching for Success, supervisors and managers will learn a four-step model for enhancing the unique talents of their team members. They will then draft and practice a sample coaching conversation, preparing for a real coaching opportunity back on the job.

  • Enhance employee performance and communication with a four-step coaching model
