HR Business Partners (HRBPs) serve as strategic advisors, aligning HR practices with business goals. They are leaders and innovators, with skills in talent development, change management, and
conflict resolution. This comprehensive program equips HR professionals with the knowledge needed to excel as an HRBP.
Module 1 begins by reviewing the importance of HR metrics and business analytics, outlining the process of using data to build a business case. Module 2 explores the many facets of talent development, such as recruiting, onboarding, employee engagement, and performance management. Module 3 ties the course together, working through what it means to be an “internal HR consultant.” As part of the final module, participants will have the opportunity to present their own business case to the class.
