Course Description

Have you ever witnessed or experienced a microaggression in the workplace but didn’t know how to respond? “Micro” might mean small, but the impact of microaggressions can be significant.

In this interactive course, participants will learn how words, gestures, and actions can be perceived as subtle acts of exclusion, regardless of intent. To counter microaggressions, it’s important to promote intentional inclusion for all employees. This course will help participants build awareness, empathy, and strengthen communication skills that foster inclusivity, reduce harm, and strengthen trust.

Note that Archbright's training content adheres to federal, state, and local laws prohibiting employment discrimination based on protected status.
