  mozzo™ is Archbright’s HR and safety resource hub designed to support day‑to‑day HR work. It combines practical tools, on‑demand training, and access to expert‑backed guidance to help organizations stay compliant, keep workplaces safe, develop talent, and support performance.
  
  mozzo is included with Archbright membership and also available as a standalone subscription for organizations that want trusted HR support without deeper advisory services yet.

• What makes mozzo different?

  Unlike stand‑alone tools, mozzo brings compliance, safety, training, and performance support together in one place—backed by trusted Archbright expertise. It’s designed to extend the capacity of HR teams and business leaders, delivering the advantages of a larger HR function without added complexity.

• How does mozzo support compliance?

  mozzo includes expert‑created resources, 50‑state compliance summaries on HR and workplace safety topics, federal standards, customizable templates, and Advisor Chat for HR‑related questions across all 50 states and Washington, D.C.

• What training is included?

  The Video Training Library includes Workplace Harassment Awareness training for all 50 states, along with more than 300+ HR, leadership, and workplace safety courses. An embedded learning management system allows admin users to assign and track training efficiently.

• What is Align?

  Align helps organizations build consistent performance practices and a reliable rhythm for feedback and goal‑setting. With structured check‑ins and shared performance insights, teams stay aligned to strategy, engaged in their work, and focused on results.
  

• How do Employee Seats work?

  Employee Seats provide access to training and performance tools for individuals or teams. A mozzo subscription does not include Employee Seats by default; however, some membership levels include a set number of seats. If your organization needs more than what your membership provides, additional Employee Seats can be purchased as needed.

• Who manages mozzo inside my organization?

  Each organization designates a Super Admin who manages permissions, feature access, and Employee Seats. Feature Admins can administer specific features as granted by the Super Admin.

• What support is available to mozzo users?

  mozzo users are supported by a dedicated team focused on activation, adoption, and long‑term value. Support includes Member Services Coordinators for onboarding and general questions, Account Managers for platform tours and feature guidance, a 24/7 in‑platform Help Center, and access to internal HR and compliance subject‑matter experts when deeper insight is needed.

• How does mozzo relate to Archbright membership?

  mozzo is the foundation of Archbright membership, providing the tools, training, and guidance teams rely on day to day. Membership builds on mozzo by adding ongoing access to HR, safety, and employment law experts for deeper support and complex decisions. Organizations can start with mozzo on its own or with membership—both paths are designed to work together as needs evolve.
