A Cohort for Inclusive Excellence

This cohort-based learning experience brings together peers who are engaged in DEI at their respective organizations to participate in meaningful dialogue, share best practices, and develop actionable strategies for advancing DEI initiatives.

Our IDEAL consultants will facilitate these virtual meetings, supporting cohort members with DEI resources, advice, and lively discussions on key DEI topics and strategies.
