Kathy Iverson, SPHR

Kathy Iverson, SPHR, is a Senior HR Advisor at Archbright. She works with members daily, advising on issues related to employment law compliance, employee relations, leaves, and ADA. Kathy has 25 years of experience in recruiting, training, managing employee relations, and leading HR teams in corporate, service, manufacturing, and non-profit environments. She has a B.A. in Public and Interpersonal Communication from Seattle Pacific University.
