How to assign a video to a user

There are two ways to assign a video. First, by finding the video you want to assign. Second, by finding the user you want to assign a video to.

1. Navigate to the Video Training Library, found under Learn in the top level navigation. Select a video you'd like to assign from the video list.

2. Once viewing the video, you can click on the Assign to Employee button.

3. Select the employee(s) you would like to assign this video to. Note: This list will show users already assigned, as indicated by a checked box next to their name.

4. Save your selections by clicking on the Save button.

5. Assigning Videos through the Learning Management Section

Another way to assign videos to learners is by locating the user within the Learning Management section. Navigate to Learning Management, found under Learn in top level navigation.

6. Scroll down to the Learner Reporting section to locate your user in the learner list. Click on the learner's name.

7. Then, click on the Manage Video Assignments button.

8. Using the checkboxes, select the videos you want to assign to this user. You can select more than one video.

Please keep in mind, if the video is already checked, they are currently assigned that video. You don't need to uncheck them.
